She doesn't need anything. Her house is decorated with the DE village that she is hawking. Can we say "How low can you go"? DE diner? The only thing missing is the DE church.

I wonder how the Earnhardt kids feel about this whole merger-shmerger? My guess is that it could be a bit chilly under the family (Xmas) tree. Nice work Mindy.
